This seminar is about applying the ideas and principles of Timeless Leadership for success in business and enhancement of corporale longevity. Timeless management is about governing oneself before governing the others. There are no techniques but work on one’s being, work of self-study, self-observation to know oneself.

In times when Economy is showing to be far from a science and we have lost all traditional beliefs in management techniques and tools, like planning, decision making and problem solving; and we have definitively found out that business Schools and universities do not know anything about corporate longevity and why corporations and organizations die so young, there is one way to go for today and future corporate leaders: become a visionary, a timeless man. There are not solutions out there to choose from. YOU have to become the solution. This is a revolution in management education, an overturning of thought.
Victory and success in all fields is the capacity of having healthy emotions and creative thoughts. This sense of victory is not the favorable result of a battle, doesn’t come from defeating something or somebody. It is a state of freedom, of well being, It must be permanent. And we can hold it only through an unceasing vigilance, a continuous attention for elimination of uncertainty, fear, negative imagination.
Ordinary people go in the world to see what happens, what’s there waiting for them, always in search of an external solution to problems… A timeless leader knows that the real solution is this state of fullness, of certainty, of unity of being that we call integrity.
